Documentation Needed for Rentals:
Valid credit card and valid state issued identification is required.
2 Valid Phone Numbers.
Event information, address. Start and end date.
Payment is required in advance, we collect before items are delivered or picked up.
For units that surpass rental dates you will be automatically charged.
Please place orders 2-3 days in advance.
Important *All items are subject to availability and guaranteed only once payment is received.

We accept credit cards VISA, Mastercard, American Express ,Discover
Cash is ok. Credit card on file is still required regardless of paying cash.
Renting Prices
All rates quoted are based on a 24-hour rental period per item. However we allow extra time for customers to pick-up/drop off at our locations.
Listed rental rates are subject to change without notice.
We offer Day, Weekly and Monthly rates. (Please call for more information) Less days, or a day are more expensive apart from multiple.
Delivery:
We deliver party rentals to Los Angeles, CA. Our Company delivers to all cities around Los Angeles.
At the time of delivery a signature will be required. Once equipment is delivered and signed you assume possession the rental equipment and the responsibility of the items, equipment (products ordered).
Delivery and pick up rates are based on the distance of the location of your event as well as the required delivery-pickup schedule you have selected. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted as a round trip fee. Our most economic rates are based on an open 8 hour window for delivery and pickup.
Please note: Our regular delivery and pickup times are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM-5 PM. Saturdays, Sundays and after business hours will be charged at a higher rate. After you submit your quote will determine your delivery / round trip rate.
Extra Charges to be aware of:
You may be charged a labor fees if your delivery site requires that equipment be taken up stairs or elevator.
DAMAGE WAIVER
The damage waiver is 8%of the total of the rented items and covers damage to the equipment rented while in your possession. It is optional and is non-refundable. If the damage waiver is declined, and any rental items are damaged, the customer will be responsible for the replacement charges for the damaged items.
Damage waiver is not refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY?
50% cancellation will apply to rental items cancelled less than 48 hours from the date of delivery or client pick-up date.
